Job Description:

The Effective Marketing Company are looking to recruit confident Telemarketing Executives, able to engage prospects at a consultative level.

Working from our modern Shoreham offices, using ACT! sales software and Microsoft Office, working hours are 8:30am – 5pm, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary plus fantastic bonuses, training and opportunities for progression.

Skills Required:

Applicants should have an excellent telephone manner, be tenacious, self-motivated, hungry, professional and able to converse at senior executive level. Knowledge of marketing, communications and the adaptability to be calling for a wide range of different clients are also necessary.

Applicants should also be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications.

Receptionist/Administrator/Marketing Assistant

 

Job Description:

The Effective Marketing Company are looking to recruit a highly efficient, IT-literate Receptionist/Administrator/Marketing Assistant to support the whole team. Good computer and telephone skills are essential as is a smiling, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Previous administrative experience is an advantage yet not essential while strong computer skills are a must. The position will be well suited to a team player who has an ability to work both as a part of a team and independently.

Tasks include: Fielding inbound calls, managing invoicing and sales ledger, handling inbound and outbound post, administering the website,
